Within the IT, Data & Operations department, we are building a future-proof digital organization. To leverage the opportunities of artificial intelligence in a responsible and impactful way, we are expanding our team with an AI Integration Manager.

In this role, you guide AI initiatives, translate organizational challenges into concrete AI solutions, and actively contribute to fostering a strong AI culture within Invest-NL.

What you will do

  • Co-develop and execute the AI roadmap in collaboration with Data, IT, and various business teams;

  • Identify, prioritize, and elaborate business requirements and AI use cases that contribute to investment processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency;

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into concrete AI solutions;

  • Coordinate AI initiatives from idea to implementation, including proofs of concept (PoCs), business cases, KPIs, and (if needed) vendor selection;

  • Safeguard quality, ethics, compliance, and security in the use of AI, and promote AI governance within the organization;

  • Strengthen AI maturity within Invest-NL by organizing workshops, training sessions, demos, and internal communications.

  • At least 4 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or data-driven innovation, preferably within financial services;

  • Proven experience in project management and delivering AI or Machine Learning (ML) solutions from design to production;

  • Strong substantive knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, with sufficient understanding of ML, NLP, and MLOps to assess technical feasibility and communicate effectively with data and IT teams;

  • Solid understanding of data engineering principles (data architectures and pipelines), including data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, and access, with the ability to assess scalability, reliability, and data quality and translate these into AI/LLM use cases (e.g., RAG architectures);

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex AI concepts understandable for non-technical stakeholders;

  • Excellent command of English, Dutch is a nice to have.

  • You have residency and you are eligble to work in the Netherlands.
